Sixy football from Gills ladies teams

GILLS ladies teams continued their excellent pre-season form by racking up 6-0 victories at Enfield and Kent Magpies respectively.

The first team's opponents, Enfield, finished runners up in the South East Combination League last season but were dispatched by goals from Natalie Crinean, Lauren Williams, Becky Taylor, Danni Farmer (penalty) and a Lauren Phillips double.

As for the reserves, theirs was something of a mismatch as the Magpies were having their first run out after the summer break. Chabs Abbott bagged a hat-trick; the others came from Whitney Judd, Tami and Kylie Overton.
