    Enfield Council has today announced a partnership with British Gas to deliver a major energy efficiency improvement programme to Council homes worth up to £10million.     Enfield Council has written to the Highways Agency expressing serious safety concerns about a scheme affecting the stretch of the M25 passing through the borough.
