The owner of a very small but award-winningl coffee shop has been invited by local MP,Nick de Bois, to share the secrets of her success and to inspire other potential business owners, at Enfield Jobs Fair.

Karen Mercer co-founded  My Coffee Stop, which is located on platform 1, Enfield Chase Station with her partner, Gunter Hollenstein. In the space of two years the couple have won Enterprise Enfield's Green Business of the year, The London Business Awards, for Innovative Business of the year and also the Silver award in the Love London, Smooth Radio Awards.
