Want to get fit the fun way?
Get moving and learn easy routines to pop music from the 80's to the current chart. No pressure to get it right and no exams. Just a happy, relaxed dance class open to all adults (and we get some exercise too!)

Classes every Thursday 8-9pm at Armfield Centre, Armfield Road, Enfield EN2 0DL (off Lancaster Road).
