What estate agent would you use in enfield town to sell your property?

Maybe I should elaborate. We have had a few agents in to value a couple of months ago Barnfields, Lanes, James Hayward and also aitikinsons. We did call in haart but never turned. Up and were full of excuses. We are torn with who to go with and who will do the best job in finding us a buyer. Lanes were the most expensive @ 1.5% and the others are all at 1%.

Lanes seem to very keen and have been in contact the most since coming around to value our house. But I am just not sure as they do seem a lot more expensive albeit I am told they do open 7 days a week and do have a well staffed office do show people round even in the evenings when they are open till 7. But I am just not sure and would like some thoughts and see if anyone has had an experiences. I do like the look of barnfields but aagain am torn and just not sure? Thoughts again would be useful!
