Have you been to La Mexicana restaurant also in the town?

Yep. Wife & I went a few months back.

We found everything to be, well, OK ish. I didn't particularly enjoy my main and did have 'stomach problems' afterwards.

Seemed like a novelty restaurant, rather than a real one. I fear that sounds too harsh, but we certainly have no inclination to ever go back.
