Did anyone see the one show about changing energy companies. Has anyone done it through the internet and had a bad experience?

If you know your postcode and how much you spend on gas and electric it only take a few minutes to find out what you can save. I saved a lot of money doing a dual fuel contract by monthly direct debit. So my experience was a good one!
